You can cash out crypto to your linked NZ or AU bank account at any time. The off-ramp service is available to all registered PIN Network App users, including for crypto purchased outside of PIN.

There are no set withdrawal limits. You can withdraw as little or as much as you like to a registered bank account. For larger orders, PIN may request additional documentation such as proof of funds.

Bridging Crypto to an External Wallet

To send crypto from your PIN Network account to an external wallet or platform:

1. Select Bridge-off in the app
2. Enter the destination external wallet address
3. Confirm the transaction

A 1% unbridging fee applies, plus any network fees charged by the destination blockchain.

International Transfers

International bank withdrawals incur a fee of $4–$10 USD plus the applicable spread. The fee range varies depending on the destination.

Locally Banked

PIN maintains direct banking partnerships in New Zealand and Australia. This means deposits and cashouts do not rely on third-party overseas platforms, enabling faster and more direct transfers for NZ and AU customers.
