Visa Prezzy Card

Prezzy is New Zealand's most popular gift card — a pre-paid Visa debit card accepted anywhere Visa is accepted.

Compatible with: Google Pay and Apple Pay.

When you receive a Prezzy Card, it comes with a unique unlock code, which is usually sent in a separate email or courier package. If you do not receive the unlock code, contact PIN support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there fees for NZ gift card orders? For virtual gift card orders, a $1.50 NZD delivery fee applies. For physical card orders, a $7.50 NZD shipping fee applies. Visa Prezzy Cards also have a $5.95 NZD issuing fee, plus the delivery or shipping fee.

What are the delivery timeframes? Virtual gift cards: up to 3 business days to your nominated email address. Physical cards: 5–7 business days.

Can I cancel a gift card order? Email [email protected] immediately. If your order has already been processed by Epay NZ Ltd, cancellation may not be possible.

How do I unlock my Prezzy Card? A unique unlock code is sent separately (in a separate email or courier package). If you did not receive it, contact support.

Are Prezzy Cards compatible with Apple Pay and Google Pay? Yes, Visa Prezzy Cards are compatible with both Google Pay and Apple Pay.
