Response Time
Our support team operates six days a week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (New Zealand Standard Time, GMT+12), Sunday to Friday. We strive to respond to all tickets within 24 hours. However, response times may be longer during weekends or public holidays, but rest assured, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Important Notice
If a ticket remains unresponsive for more than three business days, it may automatically close. You’re welcome to reopen a closed ticket at any time if further assistance is needed.
